That is an interesting question really: I think the answer is yes, although the conversations could be very one sided. Dolphins aparently have a sense of humor, and like human, are wild about sex. The things you learn on the discovery channel. So, I think the conversation could be very one sided in favor of the Dolphin. It could be very much like a lawyer talking to a pimp. They both have a wide vocabulary, but the pimp is forever talking in a language totally incomprehensible to the lawyer, and the lawyer gets more and more irritated, and finally throws the pimp out of his office. Obviously, the pimp has more fun. One thing that the gorilla would obviously have the advantage in at least this area: scare factor. The Dolphin might be able to ignore the Gorilla and go on with its ceaseless chatter for quite a while, but as soon as that Gorilla got mad, It think the conversation would turn around quickly. Or the Dolphin would leave. Just my prelimenary thoughts on the subject. Emmer
